1. Purpose & Acknowledgment

By purchasing and receiving research chemicals from Transcend Labs, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that these chemicals are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other unauthorized applications.

The Customer understands that:
• Research chemicals may be hazardous if misused.
• They are provided strictly for laboratory, analytical, or scientific research.
• Transcend Labs does not provide instructions for use beyond their stated research purpose.

2. Risks & Responsibilities

The Customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for:

• Handling & Storage: Ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal per applicable safety guidelines.
• Compliance with Laws: Abiding by all local, state, and federal regulations regarding research chemical possession and use.
• Health & Safety Risks: Understanding that exposure to research chemicals may pose unknown health risks and that Transcend Labs does not assume liability for any adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from improper handling or misuse.

The Customer expressly waives any claims against Transcend Labs related to:

• Toxicity, contamination, or accidental exposure.
• Improper usage leading to harm or liability.
• Any third-party use or unauthorized transfer of the purchased chemicals.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Transcend Labs does not market, promote, or endorse its products for:

• Human or animal consumption.
• Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes.
• Use in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or recreational substances.

The Customer agrees not to use Transcend Labs products in any manner inconsistent with research purposes.

4. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

The Customer agrees to:

• Assume all risks associated with the purchase, handling, and storage of research chemicals.
• Indemnify and hold Transcend Labs, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any liabilities, damages, claims, or legal actions arising from misuse or third-party involvement.

The Customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any consequences related to their use of research chemicals.

5. Order Acceptance & Restrictions

Transcend Labs reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order without notice.
• Request additional documentation to verify the Customer’s intent and legal compliance.
• Decline sales to individuals, organizations, or jurisdictions where such purchases are restricted or prohibited by law.

The Customer certifies that they are of legal age (18+/21+, depending on jurisdiction) and legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals.

6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All products are sold “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Transcend Labs makes no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of chemical data.
• The merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or shelf-life of the chemicals.

Under no circumstances shall Transcend Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, storage, or disposal of its products.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Customer’s ordering jurisdiction unless otherwise specified. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the appropriate jurisdiction, and the Customer agrees to waive the right to a trial by jury or class action lawsuit where permitted by law.

8. Customer Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they:

• Have read and fully understand this Informed Consent Agreement.
• Agree to comply with all stated terms and conditions.
• Accept full responsibility for the purchase, handling, and use of research chemicals from Transcend Labs.
